TUESDAY'S: Face to Face With God

(To see answers to yesterday's questions, view that days comments. Some answers are subject to your own thoughts and are not posted)

Face To Face Questions: Exodus 3:1-17
1. God knows how to get our attention. I love that about His character. Do you recognize His “out of the ordinary means” of grabbing your attention? Moses was in the desert and something caught his attention, it was a bush in flames that did not “burn”. What does it say the Lord did before He spoke to Moses?
2. When God tells Moses “So now, go. I am sending you to Pharaoh to bring my people the Israelites out of Egypt." and Moses begins to question God, what characteristics, attributes of God do you see and how does that impact your relationship with HIM today?

1. I seriously love this part. It says that "When the Lord saw that he had gone over to look, God called to him from within the bush." How awesome is that. I can just see God peeking through the cloud to see if Moses saw this bush burning...something out of the ordinary....thinking..."Okay, did he see it....and then getting that anticipation adrenaline of excitement when he started walking over. Do you all ever get excited when you see someone notice something you have waiting for them? I can just see God high fiving Jesus saying, "Yeah, he looked....he's walking....SWEET!"

2. I see God at this moment with incredible patience and God who ensures and encourages Moses..."Dude, I'm going with you, say it's me." What an incredible Father who knows his child is afraid and is willing to not walk away after seeing him walk over to this bush, talk with him and then show fear, but rather ensure that the great IAM, GOD, JEHOVAH JIREH, PROVIDER would be with him. How amazing!
