WALKING WITH JESUS Q’S WEEK 4.26 – 5.1

Monday, 4.26.2010 Romans 8:1-17, Galatians 5:16-26
What did Christ’s death do in regards to the law and righteous
requirements of the law?
What happens to those who live by sinful nature?
What happens to those who live by the Spirit?
What does verse 17 in Romans 8 mean to you in regards to your walk with Jesus?

Tuesday, 4.27.2010 Romans 12
As you read the beginning of this passage, share how God has been
transforming your life? How do you “renew your mind” What do you
think it means regarding not living any longer in the “pattern of this
world”?
This passage has an incredible description of walking with Jesus.
Take some time and list things that you see in this passage in regards
to how we are exhorted to walk.

Wednesday, 4.28.2010 1 John 1-2
What does this passage say about light and dark?
In chapter 2, verse 9 and following, he says some very powerful
things? What are they and how do they impact your walk with Christ in
this world and with whom we walk beside everyday?
How does verse 9 in chapter 2 impact your view of daily walk?

Thursday, 4.29l.2010 1 Peter 5:1-11
This passage is interesting…and challenging for I believe we all
struggle with pride…we can even be humbly proud…which means being
proud that we are humble. What does Jesus exhort us to do in our
walk? Are we alone in this walk? Who seeks to destroy you daily
and will use pride as a means to destroy??? There is hope always in
our daily struggles as it says in verses 10-11 He will…what?

Friday, 4.30.2010 1 John 3:11-24
What is the message we have heard from the BEGINNING????
This passage talks about love and loving one another. In regards to
that, how do we know what love is?
How are we to love, and what does that mean as you walk today with Jesus?
So, as we end this passage, what is the COMMAND?

Saturday, 5.1.2010 2 Corinthians 5:1-10
AH, I LOVE THIS PASSAGE! It is one of my favorites for when the evil
one is whispering in my ear…I quote verse 5….for the Spirit is my
engagement ring. What does he say about the Spirit?
What does he mean, “this earthly tent? Is he speaking of our literal
homes, or our bodies?” He speaks of longing for our heavenly
dwelling…as you walk with Jesus here…do you find comfort and strength
knowing that there is a heavenly place waiting? Talk about that.
Take time to meditate on verse 7-10 and share your thoughts in regards
to your own walk with Christ.
