God gave the Israelistes the "Sabbaths" for what reason?

What did it say about the Israelites and their "response" to God....MORE than once?

What did God say about obeying His law?

God kept saying that He wanted to give the Israelites good things so that they may know that He is God. Yet they rejected HIM. What does it say happened so that the people would know that He is God?

Who does God say He will rise up to do what is right and just?

Who do you think this passage it talking about? What prophesy was written in these passages? How does this empower you in your walk with Jesus?

Who did Joseph "belong to"?

When the angel's went back into heaven, whom did the Shepherds state told them about what had just happened?

When the sheperds saw Christ the Lord....what did they do after they left?

Thursday 04.15.2o1o John 1:1-18

I love this passage of Scripture. When he is saying that the Word was God and the Word was with God....who is he referencing? Who was the WORD? It states that this WORD was with him when he created....so, who was the WORD?

Why did God send John?

Whom did Christ give the right to become children of God?

Friday 04.16.2010 Matthew 9:1-8, Luke 13:10-17

I like these two passages for it shows such a unique characteristic of Christ. His radical means of swimming against the flow of the tide and meeting people at that moment, in that crisis and touching their lives. What day did Jesus heal the woman?

Do you ever get caught up in the moment of "ministry" that you over look a person who is hurting because of the time or the day or the list or the....

Spend time discussing the actions of Christ on the Sabbath. Share the characteristics you know of Christ.

Saturday 04.17.2010 Matthew 5:17-20, Romans 8:1-4

What did Christ say about the law and what He came to do?

As you face today, what do these verses mean to you and your walk with Jesus? 1Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus,[a] 2because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. 3For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature,[b] God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering.[c] And so he condemned sin in sinful man,[d] 4in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit.
